Product Description

In celebration of the 125th anniversary of Victorinox, the Jubilee Edition of the Infantry Vintage Chronograph will be available exclusively in 2009. This unique model is an extension of the Infantry Vintage collection from Victorinox Swiss Army presented in 2008, with its large 44 mm case, distinct 1940's styling and olive dial color inspired by the U.S. Army Dodge trucks of World War II. As the story goes, these trucks were acquired by the Swiss Army at the end of the conflict in such large numbers that they were priced by the square kilometer. Product Details: Only 2009 ever made. Stainless steel case. 44mm case diameter. 12.25mm case thickness. Brown cowhide leather bracelet. Olive dial with chronograph and date display at 4 o'clock. Fixed stainless steel bezel with tachymeter on top of the dial. Scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Quartz movement. Stainless steel engraved caseback with jubilee engravings. Stainless steel crown with Swiss Army relief logo. Deployment buckle with Swiss Army logo on it. Water resistance up to 100 meters (330 feet).

This is my 5th Victorinox Swiss Army watch. They make great products that are appealing and can withstand wear. This edition is great because it celebrates the Brand. I got this one because it is different than the others in that it has the olive dial and leather strap. Would make a great addition to any watch lovers collection. Very pleased in that it was here the next day and in perfect condition. Comes in a great collectors box with the outside box celebrating the 125th anniversary. A true classic timepiece!
